Ben's Friends Preferred Patrons Club Terms & Conditions

You may pick up and activate a Ben’s Preferred Patrons Club card at any participating Ben’s location or join the program by downloading the "Ben's Friends Rewards” app to your Apple or Android smartphone. If you are viewing this page on a smartphone, you can download the app at these links:

Use of Ben’s Preferred Patrons Club Card or App constitutes acceptance by the member of all program terms and conditions.

Members earn 1 point for each dollar spent with the Ben's Friends Preferred Patrons Club Card or the Ben’s Friends Rewards App during each program year or part of a program year. The program year runs from March 1st through the last day of February the following year.

The maximum number of points that may be earned on any single purchase, catering transaction or day is 1000 points.

You must provide your complete card number, the “Check In” code from your App or swipe your card at the time of payment to earn rewards. Points may be earned only by the Ben’s Friends member who pays the guest check. If you wish to have separate guest checks, please inform your server at the time of ordering.

Members may also be eligible for bonus points on selected purchases as announced from time to time by Ben's.

Points may be earned on the following: The net value for food and beverages after any discounts, coupons or other deductions.

Points may not be earned on: Discounts, sales tax, gratuities, service charges, labor charges, delivery charges, gift card purchases or any other charges for items other than food or beverage.

Voided or returned items will reduce the points by the voided amount.

Points cannot be transferred between cards or accounts.

You must register your Ben’s Preferred Patrons Club account to redeem rewards. Online registration is free.

Points will be exchanged for Ben's Bonus Bucks according to the Ben’s Friends Preferred Patrons Club Annual Rewards Chart.

At the end of each program year, the annual spending and points counter will reset and a determination made as to membership tier, currently either Purple or Gold, for the upcoming year at that time. Ben’s reserves the right to add other tiers or change the requirements for any tier(s) at any time at its sole discretion.

Ben's Bonus Bucks will be automatically loaded added to your Ben’s Friends account and may be used once you have registered your account.  You must provide your complete card number, the “Check In” code from your App or swipe your card at the time of payment to redeem Bonus Bucks or other rewards.

You may check your point and reward balances online, via the Ben’s Friends Rewards app or with the cashier at any participating Ben’s location.

Ben’s Bonus Bucks or other rewards are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and must be redeemed for specific items if indicated on the reward and within the time frame specified.

Ben's Bonus Bucks may be used towards the purchase of any food or beverage item at participating Ben's locations.

Ben's Bonus Bucks may NOT be used to pay for sales tax, gratuities, service charges, labor charges, delivery charges, gift card purchases or any other charges for items other than food or beverage.

Ben's Bonus Bucks may be not used in combination with other printed or electronic Ben's coupons, discounts and offers.

Ben's Bonus Bucks expire after 12 months of card inactivity and will be removed from the card. Other rewards expire as noted on the reward and will be removed from the card at the close of business on the specified date

Expired Ben’s Bonus Bucks or other rewards cannot be reinstated.

Ben’s is not responsible for points unable to be accrued or Ben’s Bonus Bucks or other rewards which cannot be redeemed due to technical difficulties including but not limited to computer malfunctions, software problems, phone or internet connection breakdowns, or other problems which temporarily render the system inoperable. If your reward cannot be honored due to an operability problem, we will replace the reward or extend the expiration date of the reward so you may use it within 30 days of the problem being resolved.

Ben’s is not responsible for lost, returned, misdirected, undeliverable email, texts or other correspondence.

Ben’s reserves the right to discontinue and/or change the rules, terms and conditions of the Ben’s Preferred Patrons Club program at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Employees of Ben’s or any of its subsidiaries and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this program.

 

Ben’s Preferred Patrons Club On-Card Birthday Gift:

Effective June 1, 2016: All Ben's Friends members  who have registered their account (card or app) with a valid birth date, email address & have opted in to receive special offers from Ben's, will receive a birthday  gift reward on the 1st day of your birthday month. Birthday gift rewards may be redeemed anytime during your birthday month and will expire after Ben’s closes on the last day on the month. Birthday gift rewards vary based upon member spending in the 12 months prior to the first of their birthday month.

General Terms Applicable to All On-Card Coupon Rewards
From time-to-time Ben's may place an paperless coupon reward on your Ben's Friends Account. Paperless coupon rewards may not be combined with any other printed or electronic Ben’s coupon, discount or offer and may not be used with Ben’s Bonus Bucks. The paperless coupon reward has no independent cash value. Coupon rewards do expire. The expiration date may be obtained online, via the app, or in the store. You may check your transaction history, rewards status including any expiration dates and obtain other information about your account by logging in to your account online here or via the Ben’s Friend Rewards app.

$3.00 Off: When this coupon is on your account,  to receive this reward, you must present your PPC card, your complete account number or the “Check In” code from the app to the cashier at the time of payment.

Buy-1-Get-1 Half Price: When this coupon is on your account, to receive this reward, you must present your PPC card, your complete account number or the “Check In” code from the app to the cashier at the time of payment and have purchased at least two qualifying sandwich, meal salad or entrée items. The most expensive item will be charged at full price and the second most expensive item with be charged at 50% of the listed price.

Buy-1-Get-1 FREE: When this coupon is on your account, to receive this reward, you must present your PPC card, your complete account number or the “Check In” code from the app to the cashier at the time of payment and have purchased at least two qualifying sandwich, meal salad or entrée items. The most expensive item will be charged at full price and the second most expensive item with be provided at no charge.
