Interfaith Nutrition Network Hosts 2017 “Thank You” BBQ

The Interfaith Nutrition Network (The INN) hosted its annual “Thank You” BBQ in the “backyard” of its Hempstead location. The event is held in honor all of the INN’s volunteers who work tirelessly to house and feed the homeless. The event is hosted and sponsored by Ben's Kosher Delicatessen Restaurant & Caterers, as Founder/Owner Ronnie Dragoon has been a longtime supporter (and is a former Board Member) of The INN.

For Ben’s, the event serves a dual purpose – a thank you event for The INN volunteers and a training opportunity for the company’s large team of catering wait staff. Ben's Catered BBQs are one of the top-requested services, so it is vital that all members of the wait staff are highly trained in the proper service techniques. With The INN "Thank You" BBQ, the team receives the hands-on training needed, while still in a relaxed atmosphere.
