You may purchase a Ben’s Friends Gift Card online with a debit or credit card or at any participating Ben’s location using cash, debit or credit card.

Use of Ben’s Friends Gift Card constitutes acceptance by the member of all program terms and conditions.

You may register your Ben’s Friends Gift Card, check your card balance and/or add value to or reload your card online. You may also check your card balance or reload your card at any participating Ben’s location.

Ben’s Friends Gift Card may be used towards any purchase at participating Ben's locations. 

Ben’s Friends Gift Card may be used in combination with other Ben's coupons, discounts and offers.

Ben’s Friends Gift Card may not be redeemed for cash unless required by law.

Treat your Ben’s Friends Gift Card like cash. It cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.

Ben’s Friends Gift Card has no expiration date. However, except where prohibited by law, after 12 consecutive months of card inactivity the prevailing monthly maintenance fee, currently $2.00, will be deducted from any remaining Gift Card balance on the last day on any month when there is no activity on the card.

Ben’s is not responsible for Ben’s Friends Gift Card balances which cannot be redeemed due to technical difficulties including but not limited to computer malfunctions, software problems, phone or internet connection breakdowns, or other problems which temporarily render the system inoperable. In such circumstances another form of payment may be required.

Ben’s is not responsible for lost, returned, misdirected, undeliverable email or other correspondence.

Ben’s reserves the right to discontinue and/or change the rules, terms and conditions of the Ben’s Friends Gift Card program at any time without prior notice, but will make reasonable effort to notify Gift Card holders who have registered their card at www.bensdeli.net of any material changes in advance.

These terms and conditions apply to the use of Ben’s Friends Gift Card as a stored value card. This card may also be used to join Ben’s Preferred Patrons Club, a loyalty program which is subject to a separate set of terms and conditions. Ben’s Preferred Patrons Club members earn food and beverage rewards for dining in, taking out and catering with Ben’s. Club members also receive email announcements about special menus, holiday offers, promotions and bonus opportunities to earn rewards even faster at Ben’s.
