You may pick up and activate a Ben’s Preferred Patrons Club card at any participating Ben’s location.

Use of Ben’s Preferred Patrons Club Card constitutes acceptance by the member of all program terms and conditions.

Members earn 1 point for each dollar spent with the Ben's Preferred Patrons Club Card during each program year or part of a program year. The Program year runs from March 1st through the last day of February the following year.

The maximum number of points that may be earned on any single purchase, catering transaction or day is 1000 points.

You must provide your card number or swipe your card at the time of order or purchase to earn rewards points. Points cannot be awarded after the fact for previous purchases.

Points may be earned only by the Preferred Patrons Club member who pays the guest check. If you wish to have separate guest checks, please inform your server at the time of ordering.

Members may also be eligible for bonus points on selected purchases as announced from time to time by Ben's.

Points may be earned on the following: The net value for food and beverages after any discounts, coupons or other deductions.

Points may not be earned on: Discounts, sales tax, gratuities, service charges, labor charges, delivery charges, gift card purchases or any other charges for items other than food or beverage.

Voided or returned items will reduce the points by the voided amount.

Points cannot be transferred between cards or accounts.

You must register your Ben’s Preferred Patrons Club card to redeem rewards. Online registration is free. Registration by phone or with a paper registration form requires a credit card and costs $5.00. You will receive $5.00 in Ben's Bonus Bucks on your card which you may use toward your next purchase at Ben's once your paper or phone registration is complete.

Each year, points will be exchanged for Ben's Bonus Bucks according to the Ben’s Friends Preferred Patrons Club Annual Rewards Chart.

At the end of each program year, point totals reset to zero and any points earned will once again be exchanged according to the Ben’s Friends Preferred Patrons Club Annual Rewards Chart from the beginning at zero points. Unused points will be cancelled out at this time.

Ben's Bonus Bucks will be automatically loaded onto your card and may be used once you have registered your card. Your receipt will show the points credited to your account and any Ben’s Bonus Bucks or other rewards currently in your account. The computer stores and updates this information automatically.

You may check your point and reward balances online or at any participating Ben’s location.

Ben’s Bonus Bucks or other rewards are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and must be redeemed for specific items if indicated on the reward and within the time frame specified.

Ben's Bonus Bucks may be used towards the purchase of any food or beverage item at participating Ben's locations.

Ben's Bonus Bucks may NOT be used to pay for sales tax, gratuities, service charges, labor charges, delivery charges, gift card purchases or any other charges for items other than food or beverage.

Ben's Bonus Bucks may be not used in combination with other Ben's coupons, discounts and offers.

Ben's Bonus Bucks expire after 12 months of card inactivity and will be removed from the card. Other rewards generally expire on the last day of the month following the month during which they were earned will be removed from the card or as otherwise specified.

Expired Ben’s Bonus Bucks or other rewards cannot be reinstated.

Ben’s is not responsible for points unable to be accrued or Ben’s Bonus Bucks or other rewards which cannot be redeemed due to technical difficulties including but not limited to computer malfunctions, software problems, phone or internet connection breakdowns, or other problems which temporarily render the system inoperable.

Ben’s is not responsible for lost, returned, misdirected, undeliverable email or other correspondence.

Ben’s reserves the right to discontinue and/or change the rules, terms and conditions of the Ben’s Preferred Patrons Club program at any time without prior notice.

Employees of Ben’s or any of its subsidiaries and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this program.
