Contact your local Ben’s General Manager to set up a time and date(s). Please allow a minimum of 30 days to prepare and publicize your program.

Distribute Info to Your Members & Friends

Ben’s will provide you with a flyer or email template to send to your members with information about your fundraiser.

Eat, Enjoy, & Collect!!

At the end of the fundraiser, Ben’s will tally up all food & beverage purchases from your members “paid” guest checks & Ben’s will send your organization a donation within 2 weeks from the end of the event.
